This is not The Boy From Oz you're thinking of. A bit of social commentary from The Four Kinsmen. The routine was withdrawn from the show in 2001 - for obvious reasons.

This wasn't the first (or the last) time that a great routine was 'dropped'. Whenever a 'subject' (victim) of a routine 'passed away', that part of the show was automatically withdrawn. Nowadays there are certain 'comedic acts / shows' that don't even begin a segment until it is 'in poor taste'.

I have started to find and file some of these old routines - for without these records they will all

 disappear.
